Poultry/Small Animal Auction

to be held at Culpeper fairgrounds

10220James Monroe Hwy Culpeper, VA

Saturday, September 27, 2025

Dear Valued Consigners, It has come to our attention with regret that we must discontinue Friday evening check ins. This started out to accommodate one consigner who works every Saturday. It has totally gotten out of hand as this past auction we checked in 25 consigners with two full rows of animals in the barn. This limited the 6:oo a.m. consigners who came at the appointed time on Saturday morning. We therefore had to turn some people away who had gathered their animals and drove over an hour due to the barn being full.

Therefore we humbly ask your understanding at this time as we always try our best to accommodate all of our consigners.

At this time we will check in the outside items (cages, feeders, waterers, only animal related items and tools) until a deadline of 8:00a.m. or until we are full.

The auction for only the outside items will begin at 8:00am.

The animal auction will begin at the regular time of 9:00a.m. or immediately after the outside auction ends.

Sincerely, Charles and Linda Seymour and all the Seymour Family

NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ITEMS WE SEE FIT. We trust everyone to bring healthy animals and quality items for every auction and we do our best to ensure this at check-in as well as during the auctions. If we notice animals that appear unhealthy, we WILL remove them from the auction
